2. Estimated Release Dates

Pre-sale orders should not be expected to arrive before the applicable product release or fulfillment date.

If a pre-sale order cannot be fulfilled, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Card Addicts does not guarantee the future market value, resale value, grading outcome, or investment performance of pre-sale or collectible products.

10. Manufacturer Changes

Manufacturers may change product configurations, packaging, artwork, release dates, contents, or other product details before release.

Where applicable, Card Addicts will provide the product according to the version made available to us by the manufacturer or authorized supply channel.

Product images shown on a pre-sale listing may be subject to change before the official release.

11. Shipping After Release

Once a pre-sale product becomes available and your order is ready for fulfillment:

Processing: 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment

The delivery timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Tracking Information

Tracking information will generally be provided after the order has shipped when tracking is available.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives and scans the package.

13. Delays

If the manufacturer or supplier cancels a product or Card Addicts otherwise becomes unable to fulfill the pre-sale order, we may cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

15. Returns for Pre-Sale Products

Once a pre-sale product has been delivered, it is subject to the same applicable return requirements as other eligible products unless the product listing states otherwise.

Our standard return window is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Collectible products may need to remain sealed, unopened, and in their original condition to qualify for certain returns.
